Prompt to create a section 68 letter
You can change your settings in eXpd8 to prompt you to create a section 68 letter in every new file. This is a useful tool which can be set on a per user basis.
From the home page of eXpd8, click into settings. On the first (general) tab, put a tick in Section 68 check.
As with all setting changes, exit and reopen the software for the changes to take affect.
When this setting is enabled, each time you access a newly created file, you will be prompted with the Section 68 check.
Clicking Template, will bring you to the available templates for the category.
Clicking Custom, will lauch the new note window from where you can create your own section 68.
Either of these will deactivate the prompt for this file in future.
Clicking Cancel, will leave the Section 68 check in abayance. It will continue to remind you each time you access this file.
Bear in mind that the section 68 check is localised to each pc. If a user does not have this enabled, they will not see the prompts.
