Transfer your existing files into your new eXpd8 software
Often, prior to purchasing eXpd8, many firms would have saved their file content within network folders they would have created. It is quite easy to copy these documents into eXpd8.
Firstly create a file within eXpd8 to house the data.

Then browse to the network folders.
Open the appropriate folder and use Ctrl A to select all documents, right click on the slected items and chose 'Add to eXpd8'

Select the file required.

Open the activity page of the eXpd8 file and notice that copies of all the documents are now within the file.

Do note, that it is the contents of folders and not the folders themselves which can be added to eXpd8. When this functionality is used, it is a copy of the documents which is saved to eXpd8, the original is still retained in the original location.
